Versa Posh by Simmons Living warrants that all products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use. Warranty periods commence from the date of delivery and are defined below.

Claim Procedure
To submit a warranty claim, email support@simmonsliving.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the defect. Our team will respond within 2 business days with next steps.
Limitations & Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, accidents, or unauthorized modifications
- Normal wear and tear including fabric pilling, minor fading, and cushion softening over time
- Damage caused by use of harsh cleaning agents or chemicals not recommended in our care instructions
- Products used outdoors or in commercial settings
- Cosmetic damage including scratches, dents, or marks that do not affect structural function
- Products not purchased directly from Simmons Living or an authorized BoxDrop dealer
If a product is deemed defective during the warranty period, Simmons Living will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the affected component. Repaired or replaced items are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period only.
